I had a decent experience at Rodeway this past summer. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. They made the check-in process smooth, despite only having one person working. The room itself had a working A/C unit, which was a relief given the heat outside. I appreciated the two cups of complimentary coffee in the room. it gave me a quick boost in the morning. However, the carpets were definitely in need of a deep clean, stained and worn out. I couldn't help but feel uneasy walking on them in bare feet. The bathroom was okay, but I noticed some grime around the sink area that needed attention. While the location was convenient for quick eats nearby, the presence of some homeless individuals in the vicinity gave me pause. Overall, I found it suitable for a short trip, but a few upgrades would enhance the stay.
